About Me

As you can see I am real - no photoshop done here.  I will not judge you nor tell you what to do but i will walk with you and through our journey we can identify  obstacles that seem to be holding you back in life and how the outlook of your future can be different. 

I draw upon my theoretical models and knowledge gained through continuing personal and professional development and additional resources. 

 I am a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and continually exploring and updating my knowledge and skills to support and enhance what I can offer you and in our work together.
